Payment and General Conditions
1. Deposit:
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 per golfer is required to confirm reservations. The lodging facility will send guaranteed room reservations and tee times to the golfer 30 days prior to arrival for those who make their deposit. Golfers who send their deposit less than 30 days prior to arrival will be sent their guaranteed room reservations and tee times 7 days after the deposit is received. For golfers sending their deposit less than 15 days prior to arrival, guaranteed room reservations and tee times will be provided via telephone. Priority in securing tee times for the scheduled day will be on a first-reserved, first-served basis.
2. Method of Payment:
U.S. currency in the form of money orders, travelers checks and personal checks, along with all major credit cards, are accepted for the deposit. Please contact the lodging facility of your choice for specific deposit and payment requirements.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
(a.) Individuals or groups of fewer than 20 golfers - Golf-A-Round Packages cancelled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date receive full refund of deposit. The $75.00 deposit will be forfeited on packages cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless cancellations are due to an emergency. The lodging facility will inform golfers of its policy on what constitutes an emergency. (b.) Groups of 20 or more — Golf-A-Round Packages for large groups require a signed contract between the lodging facility and the group. Packages cancelled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive full refund of deposit. Packages cancelled 13 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Packages cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be billed for the remainder of the package amount.
4. Package Price Includes:
Lodging accommodations, confirmed tee times, green fees, and shared cart rental each day for 18 holes.
5. Rate Information:
Rates listed in this book are based on per person/per night, double occupancy, and 18 holes per day at the courses chosen by the golfer. Weekday rates are for golf played Monday through Thursday. Weekend rates are for golf played Friday through Sunday or holidays. Rates do not include sales tax. Call for 9 and 36 hole rates. All rate information contained in this book (lodging and golf rates) is accurate as of Nov. 1, 2004, and valid through Dec. 31, 2005; however, rates are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
6. Golf Attire:
In general, “resort wear” is expected. Golf shoes (with socks) and collared shirts are suggested for men. Shorts are acceptable. For women, golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts or golf skirts are suggested. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops or sneakers.
7. Course Closings/Rain-Outs:
Rain-outs or golf course closings will be determined by the golf course. The golfer may (a.) go to the golf course and have the golf voucher signed by a pro shop staff member, indicating that the course is closed, or (b.) an assigned individual at the lodging facility may call the course to determine if it is open. If the course is closed, the golfer may request the pro shop or the lodging facility to call other courses to determine if they are open and determine if the golfer can play. The golfer then can decide to (1.) play the other course, (2.) accept a rain check from the first golf course, (3.) redeem the voucher for merchandise, or (4.) be given credit on his/her final bill. If the golfer accepts option (4.) - credit on the final bill - the lodging facility will subtract the course billing price for the time period when determining the customer's final bill.
